Recent cases
For our client Livwise, we linked a customer portal with Business Central, among other things. Through a self-service portal, B2B customers can place orders and perform other tasks themselves (download price lists, order spare parts, etc.).
The main goal was to unburden Customer Service. Through a Shopware B2B platform, end customers can place purchases themselves. The challenge here was to translate the unique personal customer approach into a digital platform. Giving advice and a personal approach are their hallmarks.
